BioQCore.org does not offer securities, investment products, tokens, NFTs, fundraising products or financial advice. Any future distributed-governance, fundraising or digital-asset mechanism would require a demonstrated functional need and appropriate legal, tax and regulatory review before implementation.

Unless explicitly stated as “confirmed by signed agreement,” references to organizations, technologies, institutions or ecosystems are strategic targets, research context or potential collaboration directions, not confirmed partnerships.
